Poster Board Number
Please refer to the Meeting Mobile APP to locate your Board number. Kindly use this board only. There will also be a Poster helpdesk onsite.
Poster Shift Times and Location
Posters will be located in the Exhibition Area, and mounted in 2 shifts:
Shift 1 - Saturday, September 15, 2018 (mounting from 08:00 and removed by 17:00)
Shift 2 – Sunday, September 16, 2018 (mounting between 18:00 -19:30 on Saturday, September 15 or from 07:00 on September 16 and removed by 17:00)
Please note that if you are allocated to a Poster Walk, you must hang your poster between 18:00 -19:30 on Saturday, September 15
The organizers cannot be responsible for posters not removed by the above stated time.
General Information
It is recommended that you stand at your Poster during the coffee and lunch breaks.
There will be a Poster Helpdesk and staff onsite to assist with any questions that you may have.
Double sided tape, tacks and technical equipment will be available for the mounting of posters.
Technical Specs
The dimensions of the poster board are PORTRAIT style.
It is suggested that your poster will be 90 cm wide by 120 cm tall.
Allocate the top of the poster for the title and authors as stated on the submitted abstract.
The text, illustrations, etc. should be bold enough to be read from a distance of two meters.
