All Participants are invited to the Opening Ceremony and Presidential Plenary Lecture that will take place at 12:45 in the Main Hall, followed by a full day of scientific sessions.
The Welcome Reception will take place at 19:00 in the Exhibition Area.

Join us for a Sunrise Run, with a shorter route option for walkers as well!
IGCS and JSGO are pleased to invite you to this special event – move your body and relax your mind during the golden sunrise at Japan’s cultural capital.
The run will take place on Saturday, September 15, 2018 at Takaragaike-Park - the beautiful park where the event venue is located.
Test your endurance with a 5km run or 2.5km walk around the lake.
The participation fee is $10 USD
Special fee for Patients/Advocates: $5 USD (onsite only)
All participants will be provided with a shirt, water and a snack.
The winners will receive their honors during the closing ceremony at IGCS 2018.
We are looking forward to seeing you at sunrise – bring your best mood, a pair of sneakers and a smile!

Please join us for a Networking Event!
This is a joint Networking Event for IGCS and JSGO which will be held in the Prince Hall at the Grand Prince Hotel Kyoto, just a short walk from the conference center.
We have prepared live performances featuring an Orchestra consisting of Japanese OB/GYN doctors as well as a professional Jazz singer who herself is a gynecologic cancer survivor.
Japanese food and refreshments will be served.
This event is free to all registered participants.

The Japanese Tea Ceremony, also called the Way of Tea, is a Japanese cultural activity involving the ceremonial preparation and presentation of matcha, powdered green tea.
You are invited to visit the Exhibition area to view the ceremony and drink Japanese Tea during the above times.
